Soft Building Sand is finely graded sand with rounded particles and some clay content. Ideal mix for cement in pointing, paving or brick laying applications. The finely graded sand is most suitable for making mortars in construction. Due to its incredibly fine nature, it is incredibly easy to work and creates a smooth finish.
